Jessica Simpson: Lovely at the Late Show

Hot on the promotional trail, Jessica Simpson was spotted making her rounds in New York City on Wednesday (March 10).
The “Dukes of Hazzard” damsel gave a smile and a wave as she popped into the Ed Sullivan Theatre for a “Late Show with David Letterman” appearance.
Miss Simpson is currently in the midst of boosting interest in her upcoming TV show “The Price of Beauty,” which debuts on VH1 on March 15.
In related news, Jessica’s BFF stylist Ken Paves recently doted praise on the 29-year-old’s ability to deal with scrutiny while chatting with Us magazine.
“She’s the the kind of girl who barely looks in the mirror,” Paves tells.
Ken continues, “She has such a huge conscience. When people call her fat, she worries about the women who are her size or greater and the effect it has on them. I don’t want anybody saying bad things about you or about me or my friends.”
Howard Stern Bashes Gabourney Sidibe

Known for always saying whatever he feels, Howard Stern slammed Gabourey Sidibe on his Sirius radio talk show earlier this week.
“There’s the most enormous, fat black chick I’ve ever seen. She is enormous,” Stern brazenly said of the award winning “Precious” actress.
Continuing on, the raunchy talk show host told, “Everyone’s pretending she’s a part of show business and she’s never going to be in another movie.”
Not stopping there, Stern blasted, “She should have gotten the Best Actress award because she’s never going to have another shot. What movie is she gonna be in?”
Stern spoke too soon, however, as Gabourey has already been offered a recurring part in Showtime’s new comedy “The Big C” along with the upcoming film “Yelling to the Sky.”
Corey Feldman Discusses Corey Haim’s Death

After the shocking news of Corey Haim’s death early Wednesday morning (March 10), best friend Corey Feldman has spoken out.
In a statement, Feldman told, “I was awakened at 8:30 this morning by my brother and sister knocking on my bedroom door. They informed me of the loss of my brother Corey Haim. My eyes weren’t even open all the way when the tears started streaming down my face.”
“I am so sorry for Corey, his mother Judy, his family, my family, all of our fans, and of course my son who I will have to find a way to explain this to when he gets home from school,” Feldman continued.
The final sentence in the statement reads, “I hope the art Corey has left behind will be remembered as the passion of that for which he truly lived.”
Whitney Port: Poolside Bikini Babe

Living it up in the sunshine state, Whitney Port was spotted spending the day at the pool in Miami on Wednesday (March 10).
Stripping off her colorful beach cover, the MTV reality cutie showed off her fine figure as she took a dip in the cool waters in a skimpy two-piece swimsuit.
Joined by a few friends, Miss Port is currently in the midst of filming a new season of her series, “The City,” with co-star Roxy Olin also making the trip to Florida.
Meanwhile, Whitney is all lined up to take part in the GenArt Fresh Faces in Fashion Runway Presentation and Party, which is being held tonight (March 10) at 8PM.
Kendra’s Son Meets Hugh Hefner

Making it one of her top priorities, Kendra Wilkinson has introduced son Hank to Hugh Hefner.
According to People magazine, after meeting Hank Baskett IV for the first time last week, the 83-year-old exclaimed, “The baby is a winner!”
Having no awkward feelings toward his ex “Girl Next Door” gal Hef added, “He’s a gorgeous baby. Kendra should be very proud.”
Looking back on Kendra, the “Playboy” guru reminisced, He adds, “She was the wild child when I first met her and she wound up being the first of the bunch to get married here at the Playboy Mansion. Now she has a baby. It’s the stuff that dreams are made of.”
